Article Processing Charge

This journal is published in full open access. This allows the scientific community and the general public to gain unlimited, free and immediate access to scholarly articles, and to reuse the content freely provided. In order to provide free access to readers, and to cover the costs of publishing and hosting process, the article processing charge (APC) of 400 EUR applies to manuscripts accepted after peer-review. APC is paid only after the manuscript had been reviewed and accepted for publication. If the article is not properly formatted (requires additional formatting, English editing, additional formatting of the reference, etc.), additional fees may apply for these services. This journal does not employ submission charges.

To support sustainable open access publishing, the APC has been introduced to ensure we cover the costs of the publication process (formatting the text, to compose the figures and tables, translation of metadata of articles of foreign authors into Ukrainian, etc.) including the administrating of peer-review process, publication on our website, the permanent archiving of the articles, website administrating (maintenance and support of the website), general administrating, DOI assignment, and the promotion of the journal and articles (to share the journals content all over the world, serve the indexing databases, promotion of the journal among the research community, etc.).
